Home Safe Radon Mitigation Outdoor Installation

Vent pipe is connected to the pressure side of the fan and routed up the sidewall to discharge the radon gass safely sbove the roof.

Home Safe Radon Roof Boot Application

The use of a roof boot to vent the radon pipe throught the overhang as upposed to going around.

This is not a Home Safe Radon System.

Bad Clamp. This type of retrofit clanp will not produce a good longlasting secure instalation of the radon vent pipe.

Venting around the overhang with an aluminum spouting as apposed to pvc radon pipe. Thin aluminum can freeze in cold weather due to condensation forming and cause problems with the operation of the fan.
